4. Ordering and payment

• Authorization: By placing an order, you confirm you have the legal authority to use the payment method provided.
• Accepted methods: We accept payments via Credit Cards and Cryptocurrency.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in EUR/USD and are subject to change without notice. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
• Currency switcher: You may use the currency switcher for display purposes only; final charges will be processed in the currency selected at the time of payment.

5. Order acceptance and fulfillment

• Right to refuse: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Notification: If an order is cancelled, you will be notified via email.

6. Shipping and delivery

• Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the Customer.
• Address changes: Once an order has been assigned a tracking number, shipping addresses cannot be changed.
• Customs and import: The Customer is solely responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the importation of research chemicals. We are not responsible for any seizures, fines, or legal actions taken by customs authorities in your jurisdiction.
• Reshipment policy: In the rare event of a shipment loss due to carrier error (not customs seizure), we may offer a one-time reshipment at our discretion.

7. Returns and refunds

Due to the nature of research chemicals, returns are strictly limited:

• Incorrect items: If you receive the wrong product, we will reship the correct item free of charge, provided the original item is returned unopened and in resellable condition within 42 days of dispatch.
• Damaged items: Returns are only accepted for products proven to be unusable due to damage during transit. You must provide:
  • High-quality photos of the damaged item.
  • Photos of the packaging.
  • A photo showing the shipping label clearly.
• No “change of mind”: We do not accept returns for products that are simply unwanted or for research projects that are discontinued.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Limassol, Cyprus.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
