We currently operate five warehouses strategically located to ensure efficient and fast order fulfillment worldwide. Our facilities include two warehouses in the European Union, two in the United States, and one international warehouse in Asia.

Choose the Warehouse Depending on Your Location ๐Ÿ“ฆ๐Ÿ“

To enhance your shopping experience, our system is coded to display only the available products that can be delivered to your address when you fill out the checkout page or update your address in your account. This means it is not possible to place an order for products that cannot be delivered to your location, ensuring you receive the fastest and most reliable shipping options.

Located in the European Union, this warehouse delivers to the following countries:

U.S. Warehouse – SIXPEX ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

Located in the United States, this warehouse exclusively serves customers within the U.S.

Important Note: We do not ship to islands or military addresses.

Tracking Information: Tracking numbers are typically provided within 2 business days, and packages are delivered via USPS domestic service. Delivery usually takes just a few days, depending on your location.

Shipping Price: 25 EUR

U.S. Warehouse #2 – Xeno Labs ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

This warehouse is also located in the United States and serves only U.S. customers.

Important Note: Similar to our other U.S. warehouse, we do not ship to islands or military addresses.

Tracking Information: Tracking numbers are usually available within 2 business days, with delivery taking just a few days based on your location.

Shipping Price: 25 EUR

International Warehouse – Beligas Pharmaceuticals ๐ŸŒ

Situated in Asia, this warehouse offers worldwide delivery, but currently does not ship to Europe due to high risks of order seizures. We also advise against using this warehouse for U.S. orders due to new tariffs.

Important Note: We recommend using our U.S. warehouses for U.S. orders and EU warehouses for EU orders.

Shipping Price: 40 EUR

Reshipping Policy ๐Ÿ“ฆ

All of our warehouses offer one reshipping option in the event that an order is seized or lost during the delivery process. Once a package is delivered to the provided address, we cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged items. Reshipping is possible if the package does not reach the customer due to reasons beyond our control, such as courier service errors or law enforcement seizures. Additionally, if customers provide video evidence of unpacking the package and find missing items, we will compensate accordingly.

We are planning to add another international warehouse with worldwide delivery in the near future, pending stabilization of the U.S. tariff situation.

If you decide to combine products from different warehouses in a single order, please note that your order will be divided into packages shipped from each warehouse. You will be required to pay the shipping cost for each warehouse, which may lead to higher overall shipping fees.

Additionally, please be aware that shipping times can be affected by customs processing, international transit times, bank holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances. While we strive to deliver your goods within the specified timeframe, we recommend allowing for longer delivery times. The security of our customers and our operations is our top priority, and occasional delays may occur that are beyond our control.
