We currently operate eight warehouses strategically located to ensure efficient and fast order fulfillment worldwide. Our facilities include three warehouses in the European Union, four in the United States, and one international warehouse in Asia.

Choose a warehouse by location 📦

To enhance your shopping experience, our system is coded to display only the available products that can be delivered to your address when you fill out the checkout page or update your address in your account. This means it is not possible to place an order for products that cannot be delivered to your location, ensuring you receive the fastest and most reliable shipping options.

This guide will help you select the correct warehouse based on your location and delivery address.

EU warehouse – Hilma Biocare & Somatrop-Lab 🇪🇺

Located in the European Union, this warehouse delivers to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, and Spain (excluding islands)

⚠️ Important note: We do not ship to Spanish islands.

Tracking information: A tracking number is usually provided within three to five days of placing your order, and the package typically begins moving within the next few days (up to 10 business days). Most orders are delivered within two weeks of purchase, depending on your location. If you need faster delivery, use EU Warehouse #2! German and Austrian orders can take nowadays a bit longer (2–3 weeks), as shipping to those countries must be handled differently than to other countries.

EU warehouse #2 – UTINON 🇪🇺

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece (excluding islands), Hungary, Italy (including Sicily but excluding other islands), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding islands), Sweden

Tracking information: Tracking numbers are usually available within 2 business days, with most orders delivered within a week after placing an order!

EU warehouse #3 – Medi Pharma & Global Pharma 🇪🇺

⚡Fast delivery!This warehouse, also located in the European Union, serves the following countries:

Zone #1 – delivery with 1 free reship: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding the Canary Islands (Zone #2) and other territories requiring customs declarations).

Zone #2 – no reship:Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Canary Islands and other territories requiring customs declarations

Zone #3 – no reship: Switzerland, United Kingdom.

⚠️ Important note: We use stealth packaging, seizures by customs are very rare, including for Zone #2 and Zone #3.

Tracking information: Tracking numbers are usually available within two business days, and most orders are delivered within one week of placing the order.

Shipping price: Zone #1 and Zone #2 — €20, Zone #3 — €30.

U.S. warehouse – SIXPEX 🇺🇸

Located in the United States, this warehouse exclusively serves customers within the U.S. Fast delivery! ⚡

⚠️ Important note: We do not ship to islands or military addresses.

Tracking Information: Tracking numbers are typically provided within 2 business days, and packages are delivered via USPS domestic service. Delivery usually takes just a few days, depending on your location.

U.S. warehouse #2 – Xeno Labs 🇺🇸

This warehouse is also located in the United States and serves only U.S. customers. Fast delivery! ⚡

⚠️ Important note: Similar to our other U.S. warehouse, we do not ship to islands or military addresses.

Tracking information: Tracking numbers are usually available within 2 business days, with delivery taking just a few days based on your location.

U.S. warehouse #3 – Aurum Pharmaceuticals 🇺🇸

This warehouse, located in the United States, is designed to serve customers within the U.S. only. Fast delivery! ⚡

⚠️ Important note: As with U.S. warehouses #1 and #2, we do not ship to islands or military addresses.

Tracking information: Tracking numbers are typically issued within 2 business days, and packages are sent via USPS domestic service, with delivery expected within a few days depending on your location.

U.S. warehouse #4 – ZPHC Pharmaceuticals 🇺🇸

This warehouse, located in the United States, serves customers within the U.S. and also ships to outlying U.S. islands. Fast delivery! ⚡

Tracking information: Tracking numbers are typically provided within 2 business days, and packages are delivered via USPS domestic service. Delivery usually takes just a few days, depending on your location.

Shipping price: 35 EUR

International warehouse – Beligas Pharmaceuticals 🌏

Situated in Asia, this warehouse offers worldwide delivery but currently does not ship to Europe due to a high risk of order seizures and to the U.S. due to new tariffs. It also does not ship to China, Philippines, Taiwan, Iceland, Israel, India, Indonesia, Kuwait, Lebanon, or Egypt.

Delivery may take longer depending on the delivery location, as it is warehouse in Asia.

Before using this warehouse, we advise you to contact us in advance to confirm the availability of your delivery location.

Shipping price: 40 EUR

Reshipping policy

All warehouses provide one free reship option if an order is confirmed lost or seized before successful delivery*. Reshipments are available only when non-delivery is due to factors beyond the customer’s control (courier error, customs seizure, law enforcement). Once a package is marked delivered to the provided address, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items and will not issue reshipments. If customers provide video evidence of unpacking that shows missing items, we will compensate or reship missing items at our discretion, subject to the originating warehouse’s rules. For orders shipped from multiple warehouses, reship eligibility and any reship actions are handled separately by each originating warehouse; each warehouse’s one-free-reship policy applies independently.

*Exception: EU warehouse #3 (Medi Pharma & Global Pharma) has zone-specific rules — Zone #1 (most EU countries) includes one free reship, while Zone #2 (Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Canary Islands and other territories requiring customs declarations) and Zone #3 (Switzerland, United Kingdom) do not offer reship.

We are planning to add another international warehouse with worldwide delivery in the near future, pending stabilization of the U.S. tariff situation.

Important notes ⚠️

If you decide to combine products from different warehouses in a single order, please note that your order will be divided into packages shipped from each warehouse. You will be required to pay the shipping cost for each warehouse, which may lead to higher overall shipping fees.

Additionally, please be aware that shipping times can be affected by customs processing, international transit times, bank holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances. While we strive to deliver your goods within the specified timeframe, we recommend allowing for longer delivery times. The security of our customers and our operations is our top priority, and occasional delays may occur that are beyond our control.
